Time to change 150w de blubs?

OK well its almost time to change out the bulbs and i want to see what everyone else likes.

I have the 14K phoenix bulbs in there now and want to get to something else.
I would like something that is around the same K. But i want something that has better par and will help with the growth.

So any suggestions would be be great.
