Trade Icecap 250W DE Retro w/ 2 Bulbs for 20" Sunpod

The title says it all. I have a 250W Icecap HQI retro with ballast, reflector, 2 bulbs (1 used 14k, and 1 new 20k), and all wiring included.

I need a 20" sunpod or similar, hopefully a 150W, as the 250 is cooking my tank, but i would even consider the 70W as i have a feeling that would be enough for what i am growing right now.
