Transplanting Zoa

Is there a way to remove only the zoa from a rock or frag to glue onto another rock? I have two polyps that are on a small rock that has aiptasia (it's currently in QT). The aiptasia is really small, the size of a pinhead and there are a couple of them. Would it be possible and if so, how would I remove just the polyps and transplant them onto another rock?

I'd nuke the aiptasia first just in case it shoots out spores

I'd want to transplant the zoas then toss the little rock.

Dremel works well if it's on the rock. If it's right next to the aiptasia you have to be careful of irritating it or it will shoot out spores. If it's not by the zoas just take a dremel with a diamond wheel and cut around the zoas.
