Uploading video files

Anyone know how to upload video files.
I was testing my cell phone and was able to take a video with it.
Sent the file to my email and played video with quicktime.
Now that quicktime file isnt supported with the upload process.
Is there a better way to upload videos to MR?

Any info would be appreciated.

Use photobucket or youtube. They will provide you a link to post on blogs and emails.

youtube n googlevideo is good too. they can even b embedded on the thread.
