used bulbs?

I Have just replaced my MH and VHO bulbs and I was wondering if they would be enough to grow mangroves in my refugium. The ref is 36l 18w and 12h. I have 3 250 MH bulbs. IF these wouldn't be suitable i'd probably just get a 2x 55 pc for um. thanks

They should be fine the mangroves I'm growing are under 2 perty old NO lights and they seem to be doing fine. actually they are no longer UNDER my lights but have grown up past most of the lights just their lower leaves are under the lights now. The upper leaves are just getting light bounced around from other tanks.
