After the water has setteled and i drip the kalk, is it a good or bad thing to fill up the doser and use whats left over?

If by left over you mean clear limewater which was extra when you filled up your doser, and it's less than 4 days old, then yes, you can use it. It will not be a good as the freshly mixed stuff, but it useful for about 4 days after mixing and being exposed to air.

FWIW I rarely clean out my resevoir thats connected to my dosing pump, I just add more mixed Kalkwasser when it gets low.
