Vega moonlights vs Neptune LSM

I run my lights in lunar mode, but I find that the vega's even at 1% are still quite bright. Does anyone use the Neptune LSM setup? I'm curious how bright they are?

I run the Neptune lunar module with 5 LEDs. You can control how bright they get. I have them on my 98 bow and they ramp up to 100% and they are great for moon lights. I think they are a little on the high side because you have to buy the lights separate from the module.
