VHO vs PC

I want some opinions on which is better lighting for a 16" tall tank with a plenum style base. Want to be able to keep sps and giant clams sucessfully. Thanks

Between PC and VHO I am definately a VHO bigot. For clams and SPS though I would go MH....

your going to use the VHO's or PC's to supplement the MH's, right?

I can say that there are two LFS near me, one uses VHO and the other uses PCs. They both use some MHs and often have similar coral collections. The PCs seem to put out alot of lighe for the wattage but I think the VHOs look better. However, true actinic PC's are now on the market, albeit kinda scarce. I believe that a broght white PC and an actinic PC would bring the two closeer together and maybe shift my opinion towards PC. Just something to chew on.
