Vitamin C Questions

so i have heard about this Vitamin C for tanks is good but what do i use i bought this stuff from GNC i will post a pic from my phone in like 5 min to lazy to transfer stuff from my comp

I wouldnt use it. Dosing vitamins can become very dangerous of overdosed. Have you tried Brightwell Aquatic's Vitamin C?

Brighwell Aquatics sells a Vitamin C product that is specific for marine use. That's what I've used since day one. Its available in any LFS.
I've also used Selcon. These are liquid based. I usually mix with frozen food and then feed.

Im pretty sure they have 100% pure vitamin c in liquid gels. I used to use them back in the day...

I recalled reading an article which stressed that we shouldn't feed our fish anything that is land based. Such as poultry, beef, or corn. Since this product is meant for human consumption I don't know if its appropriate for marine livestock.
Would definitely like to know what kind of results you get after prolong usage.

I dose brightwells vitamin c, Ive noticed my zoas look great since dosing it. All other sps and lps look the same.
