Hi guts I got a ? If I were to unplug my power source for all my electrical items for my tank what would happen to the vortech? Since I have to do a water change I always drop the water level below the pump well that mess up this pump and would I have to calibrate again?

The vortech will stay attached, the magnet doesn't require power to stay together even if out of water. No calibration needed, I kept mine unplugged for a week and the wireless stayed sync'ed up too which was pretty cool

You will need to reset night mode if you use it.
