Want to remove tank background..how?

Anyone have any tips on how to go about removing some black aquarium paper on my tank? I purchased with it on and have been thinking of removing for some time but today after seeing a fellow reefers tank I'm sold on taking it off.

Any tips?

I started using a razor blade (gum scrapper) today but its just not working as effectively as i would like. taking wayyyy to long

What kind of paper is this? Is it glued completely on?

Ive always used single edged razors for almost anything on my tanks and worked well. You might need to make a spray bottle with 25% white vinegar and 75% water mixture and try that when razoring the glass

googone will melt the glue. i think its natural, made out of orange peel.

It's Blue Life Aquarium paper I believe.
