I am building out a new office space downtown and looking for someone *with liability insurance* to build out an in wall aquarium. The insurance requirement is just because it's in a commercial building and in order to get in to buildings like that with wood or whatever, they always require insurance.
I have a 120g now, but the live rock and the critters are the only thing I'm saving.
I need a new 200g tank, with stand. A refugium (that will be on display). 3 MH and 2 T5s. Sump. skimmer, kalk reactor, pumps, auto top off, ro/di, etc -- the works.
The problem is I want to be involved. I could pay someone ridiculous amounts to do everything for me, but I enjoy doing this and set up my 120g all by myself with plumbing help from a fellow manhattan reefer. This time I need more assistance and am willing to pay for it.
The biggest hurdle is building the stand and getting the tank. Previously I went with glasscages and I was not impressed. I also don't want to pick up the tank in Yonkers. I want someone to show up with it all shiny and new some day and get it on to the stand they built in the right place.
The other big hurdle is all the plumbing and designing the system. If you have experience setting up commercial tanks and are willing to work with me, please send me a PM.
