I just found an email from Jody at JOMI product. The email was sent on 9/25 (Yea, I "occasionally" missed some emails).
Jody said one of the seven molds they received from machine shop is unsatisfactory and they have stopped production of the Wave 2K. They are not going to final release the product until they are completely satisfied with the quality of the product. As the result, the final release dates are being pushed back to around the X-mas time.
