wet or dry skimmate

which do you prefer:

wet(yummy chocolate milkshake) skimmate
or
dry(smear on crackers) skimmate

i like dry. what are the pros and cons. i'm sorry if this has been asked before. i'm pretty sure it has.

Wet skimming will remove more organics from the water column and is the only way to go IMO. I honestly don't see any reason to "dry" skim, unless of course you are entered in the darkest skimmate of the month competition.
