what are the little worm things

i'm guessing maybe bristle worms?

when i filled my tank with established salt water and had my newly shipped live rock placed, i noticed a couple crabs and a whole whole whole lot of little wormy lookin things, very very small probably 1 cm long.

any idea what they are and what i do or dont need to do to get rid of them or make them thrive?

not sure what their function could be or if they are bad.
