What are you feeding and how often?

Just curious about what people are feeding there fish/coral and how often. I am currently feeding 1-2x/day relatively heavy with Prime Reef Flakes, Omega One Marine flakes with garlic, Hikari Marine S and Top Fine spirulina algae pellets soaked in fresh garlic juice, frozen cyclops and mysis shrimp. Additionally, I dose 15 drops each of Reef Nutrition Phyto Feast and Oyster Feast every other evening after lights out. My 75 gallon mixed reef has around 25 med to small sized fish and stable parameters. How about you?

Once a day.
Frozen spot feeding. 3X a week Clams, Shrimp, Squid, Cyclops,Powdered Srimp shell, Selcon, Garlic. I'm going to add Ground Spearing, next Batch.
Pellets Formula one 4X a week

what about dosing or feeding sps corals? what you prefer? i have been dosing amino acids, but notice very little different so far!

I feed oceans nutrition mini mysys and coral mix once a day. Veggie sheets twice a week. Once a week I soak the food in selecon.

I've been feeding Rod's food about once a day or every other day depending on how the tank looks, everyone seems to really love the stuff.
