Now about the corals and clams: would these fish be ok with them or will they become an all-you-can-eat buffet? I have things like Frogspawn, Torch, Shrooms, Bubble Coral. There are also 3 Clams.

It's hit or miss with some of the fish if they would pick on them. The bigger problem is when you go with a lot of fish is that your nitrates will be much higher, specially from the feedings that are needed. Soft corals and some LPS maybe ok with the increase in nitrates but the clams most likely not.
