Hey everybody, getting back into the hobby and am curious what is a fair price to pay for live sand? For my other tank my brother set everything up and got me live rock and live sand and so I'm not sure what I should pay? When I get everything up and running I'll post pics. Thanks

You really dont need "live" sand. You can get a 40# bag of dry reef sand for $30. It will become live over time. Use a piece of shrimp from the seafood store and place it in a filter sock in your tank near a power head. that will allow the bacteria to feed and make your sand and rock "live" HTH Oh and Welcome to the forum!
