What is wrong with purple tang?

Why would my purple tang not eat or move the past three days he's been slowing down almost not moving or eating I've had the same fish for two years
I do think the blue hippo might be picking at him I stare at the fish n three days ago I noticed a scratch on his fin n then the dorsal find where reared a lil but now he's like a trigger fish chilling between rocks not moving but still alive he's not on his side he lets go of rock for a min to flutter his wings but then chills doesn't chase the food around Luke he used too I'm so upset my nanny

you need to confirm if another fish is in fact bullying the purple tang and if so figure out which fish is more important to you, the bully or the victim.

If its not bullying and all other livestock is healthy then I suggest a quarantine tank for monitoring and indivual feeding, no meds.

Yea I like the purple tang the most I prob should set up a qt tank by the time I do that it will prob be dead

A FISH ONLY NEEDS A 10 GALLON TANK AND A TINY FILTER OR AIR PUMP AND CHANGE A GALLON OF WATER EVERY 2 DAYS.

In all it will cost you $25 to $30 to setup and try to save the fish.
