What mixtures of foods do you put in your reef tank?

I feed my tank about 4x week with some tank water and a mixture of:
1. 1/4 tsp coral frenzy
2. 1/4 tsp reefroids
3. 5ml phytoplankton
4. 5ml dr Gs copepods
5. 10 drops sea urchin eggs
6. 3 drops of selcon

Tank info:
My tank is an 8 gallon biocube that has been running for 2 months. All rock and sand were from a previous mature system I had so everything was cured and ready to go. The tank contains snails, hermit, pompom crab, LPS, SPS, softies, maxima clam, neon goby, tailspot blenny, and rainford goby. I have a nanobox LED retrofit light fixture. Tank has a koralia 1 circulation pump. It contains about 2-3 inches of sand and 5lbs of LR. I turn off the filter and spot feed with the circulation pump and leave it on for about 2 hrs before turning filter on again.

I do 2 water changes a week. Each time about 10-15%.

What do you guys think? and What do you guys do for your tanks?

I feed my fish LRS Frenzy food which also feeds my tank. No need to add anything else.

I feed my fish a wide variety of things several times a day. Nothing specifically for corals.

Gotta say have seen the best growth, for the cheapest price i'v ever experienced. Althou i'v never tried it myself, have seen very good results with complete systems like Korallen Zucht and others.

I just mix all the frozen food in a ketchup bottle.
