Every since I moved my tank from a 60 to a 125 I have had a bit of a problem keeping my PH up. It ranges from 7.99 in the morning to 8.05 during the day. I am trying to get my calcium reactor up and running, but it seems to be keeping the PH at the same levels with or without it. I thought my PH should be between 8.2-8.5. Am I wrong? I thin this may be the reason my shrooms and polyps don't expand as much as they should. Everything else seems to be open, and all the fish don't have a problem.

I've been using Seachem Marine buffer for years in my brackish tank, now in my reef. As long as your water quality maintains, the pH stays rock solid at 8.2-8.4.
