What salt level to keep fish only with live rock at?

Hey everyone, pretty sure my salt is a 1.024 if not mistaken in a fish only with live rock you can keep the salt lower which in returns keeps the fish healthier or at least less prone to diseases?

I would do 1.021 for fish only

I like 1.025 for mine I feel like there healthier and brighter at that level but that's my opinion lol

I've had them wit a fish only 1.18 1.19 2avoid parasites n stuff like that but everyone is different

Keeping the level at 1.18-1.19, or even 1.16-1.17, isn't going to kill any parasites. Most parasites are a lot stronger than fish and SG at low level will have no real effect on the parasite. The fish will actually do and look much better at a SG 1.021-1.027, and fish from area like the Red Sea, where the SG levels are higher, you should take that into account too.

I've never had no issues at 118 like I said its personal preference
