What type of food/how often should I feed?

I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what/how often to feed my tank. Here is a list of the inhabitants:
3 Ocellaris Clowns
2 Firefish
1 Purple Pseudochromi (spelling?)
1 Blue Damsel
1 Brittle Starfish
Bunch of turbo, nerite and nassarius snails as well as dwarf blue hermits.

Currently I've been doing every other day and feeding "Omega One" flakes with "Nutrafin Max" small sinking pellets. Any help is appreciated.

Try Prime Reef flakes and for the star fish,feed it krill.Depending on your load,once a day or every other day.Some people do it every couple of days.

I feed every 3 days or so, used to do it everyday, but then read that fish and other animals are just better off with less feeding=less pollution.

OK, will try the reef flakes, thanks. Do I need to put anything in for hermits or they just eat food trapped in the rocks and algae etc...?

The crabs will eat anything left around.No need to pollute your sand bed anymore.
