I had what looked like pacific firezoos. Being a newbie, I glued them to a shell and dropped them in the tank.

They promptly disappeared.

Here's the thief.

I got a frag of anthelia from Aaron that was glued to a really big shell. I thought it would be okay, but one of my Halloween Hermit crabs decided it looked good and stole it. So, for a while he trundled around my tank dragging stalks of Anthelia behind him. Those stalks of Anthelia have since broken off and have now rooted all over my tank. When I get the energy, I'm going to peel it all up and then it's free frags for everyone! Fun times!
