I picked up an Eibli Angel on Thursday and it's been in my QT tank. I noticed today that it has some sort of infection/lump on its right eye. 
Is this the early stages of popeye, or something else? Any treatment recommendations? The qt tank is currently dosed with about 0.25 mg/L of cupramine (other fish in the tank at the store had ick, but I didn't see any on the angel). You can see the puffy eye near the arrow in the photo.
