Where can one get Oceanic tanks?

Can they be ordered online? If so, where? If not, I suppose I have to get one at an LFS... Do they tend to deliver it to your house?

Cheese--What size are you looking at? Once you get over 100 gallons or so, the shipping becomes cost-prohibitive. Not to mention the fact that these suckers are HEAVY. When I put in my 180, I paid $99 to the LFS to deliver it. Two behemoth guys carried it in and I asked them how much it weighed. They estimated about 500# empty... That estimate sounds a little high to me, all I know is they didn't look like they were enjoying themselves...

Hey, what's $99 to a reefer? We blow that much in a month on additives!

Just throwing around ideas for the time being, will probably start up a reef system in a year or two...

I agree, the 500# sounds a little high. 2 guys carried in my Oceanic 200, and they said it weighed around 400#.

AGA 180 weighs 338 empty. I would guess the Oceanic is atleast 100 more.
