Aquaculture or mariculture.

I would think aquaculture as it would have been raised in a tank vs being raised in the ocean (mariculture)

aqua culture, its use to being under tank conditions already and also less likely to have pests

Aquaculture, They are usually used to us hobbyist messing up the water parameters
