Most are white like in the pic but others are a bit bigger and more brownish. They are always on the glass never swimming...that I can tell.

reef herpes....lol if theyre white then they arent the bad ones but u did say some are brownish those are bad.

looks like copepods... there are many different types, ive seen some that are brown(tiger pods) and alot that are white, if thats what it is it just means you have a healthy system, best way to tell is at night when its dark in the tank shine a flashlight into the tank and you should see them swimming in the water around the rockwork..they look too small to be flatworms..
