Uhhh! Still working on plumbing my 180! :irked: Its coming together sooo slow. Does anyone know a lfs or hardware store that carries loc-line parts? I haven't checked Home depot yet, but I doubt they would. Im in the process of plumbing my return side. I want a local place cause I dont feel like waiting for shipping. Anywhere in the five boroughs would work.
Thanks,
JV.

what size do you need ? and what all parts, ive got a box of it
See thats another issue...Whats a good size? or standard size? The return side is a 1" pvc pipe right now. But Im not sure what size to make or even how to attach the loc-lines to the pvc pipe. Ive been looking around, and it looks like I can use a reducer bushing on the top of the pvc pipe. And then thread in the loc-lines. But again Im not sure what size to make it. Any suggestions?

Very easy to accomplish. Here's the order coming from the vertical piece of rigid pvc rising out of the 3/4" bulkhead on the bottom of the tank. If the return is in fact 1" then just change out the pieces I'm showing you with 1".

1 - 3/4" straight pvc pipe goes to:
2 - 3/4" 90 degree slip onto step 1 and the other end is female threaded (see here)
3 - then the LocLine starts with this LocLine 3/4" NPT
4 - then you can split it to two returns for more control using LocLine 3/4" wye
5 - then you use two LocLine 3/4" segments , connecting one on each part of the wye (the three way piece from step 4)
6 - then you can terminate each of the segments in step 5 with two LocLine 3" Flares

Hope this helps. BTW, the piece of white PVC shown in step 2 is available in almost every HD. We carry all the other LocLine pieces and they're in stock.

If you need more detailed directions than this, please shoot me a PM. I'd be happy to help.
