I go when ever im free and the tide is good. I offer to have ppl join me on the weekends because that's when most people are free. Im heading to a few places tomorrow to do some collecting by myself after work. To bad you can't make it. Ill be having them every weekend till the end of August or till my friend's boat is fixed. Once it's fixed ill be in the canyon every weekend all weekend

Hi fish my friend has a 26 cc and we were wondering how far out do you have to go to catch mahi and football tuna . we go every year with a charter out of niantic ct but it takes 8 hours to get out their because the boat only does about 9 knots. I've herd that you can catch them at about 20 mi out any imput . what kind of boat does your friend have ?

we use net. Safest way to catch fish for everyone involved. If the waters nice i might snorkel down and try to get some lionfish.

I figured that. I usually fish 2 miles away from there in captree. I have caught a few small northern puffers, some seahorses, and pipefish with my bucket crab trap.
Just not as diverse as your catches. How long are you usually out there for?
