Wiggling black thing in my sump. ID?

It was wiggling around really fast in the sump. I have a video but don't know how to load it up on here. Anyone have an idea what it is? Is it bad?

It looks just like a worm, if you have any doubt about it being harmful the best thing to do is remove it.

I'll try and track it down. It's in my sump and I only saw it that one time and can't find it rn
