Worm during water change

Hey guys I do a wc every week and I noticed I get one of these worms in my filter sock once a week. Can u guys let me know what kind of worn this is. Is this worm reef safe? Thanks in advance.

Should I put it back into my display or refugium??

It's always in my filter sock. When I replace my sock with a clean one there is always 1 or 2 of them in there.

I have never had one, but from the little i know they are closer to cucumbers and sea apples than to bristle worms. just be careful if you have a bunch of them and they die.
