Worm ID

What type of worm is this?

I found it swimming in the tank when the lights were off.

Approx. 1"

Looks like it has a spike or claw at the front.
This is what i think: Glycerid: http://rmbr.nus.edu.sg/polychaete/Glyceridae.html
If it is the above linked worm, is it good to have? I cant figure out if it only kills tiny stuff, ie pods, or if it can go after bigger things. Maybe it just eats detrious?

That is what I was thinking...but I still am not sure if it is good or bad. It is a predator, what to what degree?

I looked at my hitch hiker again, and it is most def Glycerid...even has the little "hairs" on the side.

I am going to remove it, as suggested by this.
"A small glycerid is unlikely to do much harm, but is most likely preying on other animals that are desirable in your sand bed, and so it is usually a good idea to remove any glycerid polychaetes that you discover."
