Finalizing my stock list for my 57g as shes finally in her last round of planning.

Along with a pair of black ice clowns, i was wondering if i'd be able to keep a Carpenter and Christmas wrasse together in that size aquarium? if not, im leaning more towards the Carpenter anyway, does anyone have suggestions for other?

There are a few species of wrasses labeled "Christmas wrasse" by LFS. The two most commonly seen are the Thalassoma trilobatum and the Haliochoris Claudia. Both will grow larger than the Carpenters and the Thalassoma can be more aggressive and aren't considered reef safe. There shouldn't be a problem with Haliochris if added at the same time or the Carpenters first. I have kept both together although my tank is much larger. Do a search for more info and pics... also always use an acclimation box when adding new wrasses.
