WTB a cheap chiller and reasonably priced controller

I have a buddy who needs a chiller for his 46 bow it's a freshwater tank he is very attached to his fish and is not home much during the day and does not want to run an ac all day. I'm guessing like a 1/10 or so should be fine.

I also have another buddy looking for a controller..nothing too crazy but let me know what you guys have.

Both friends on a tight budget.
