ORA has them out now they eat pellets both a green and blue are available i would try to talk to a vendor and see if they can get them for you i think there about $69 or $100 and change for a pair you cant gett better than captive ora
If you have the patience and get a small one, they aren't that difficult to train. You can make an acrylic feeding station to make it even easier but +1 on the ORA tank bred mandarins. The green spotted ora specimen I saw while in San Diego was incredibly beautiful and was eating frozen. I think Manhattan Aquarium had two for 50 clams each.
