hey im changing out the sand i have now in my tank(i have crushed coral) and im looking to get around 10lbs of LS. i want it to be established though so i can avoide cycling. so if your getting rid of any sand (not crushed coral sand) just shoot me a pm. thanks

Get new sand & seed that with about a cup from another members tank, othewise you're just stirring up gunk & crap, then putting it in your tank.

Adding or changing sand won't cause a huge cycle effect.
