WTB Small tank, equipment for it

... Im looking for a 12 inch cube preferably. Can't be larger than 12 inch x 12 inch. Height isn't quite as important.

In addition, I'm looking for a light that will fit the tank. LEDs preferred- possibly a par30 or similar.

Hey Eric, check out Deep Blue. They have an 8x8x8 rimless cube. It is 2.2 gallons with black silicone. Nice little desktop cube. Should be under $30.

I'm sure you can find one local to you.

I might use that as a sump or a display tank. I think mr aqua makes a 12inch cube as well.

Check out the Nuvo 8 gallon cube. It comes complete with filtration and LED lighting. The tank is low-iron bent glass and comes in white or black. There is also a 4 gallon that is a little smaller.

ADA also make an 8" cube. I think it's less than 40 bucks. Shipping from SF or Texas might be a bit high though. I don't know where you can get ADA tanks on the east coast. Someone else might chime in...

ADA makes a nice tank. I think you're right though; shipping will be killer. I kind of stopped paying attention to ADA when they couldn't keep a tank in stock to save their lives.

I think I'm going to check out the local big-box stores for a cylinder type aquarium
