WTB Stand for 40G Tank

I am looking to buy a stand for a 40G Seaclear Acrylic Tank.

I have a home made wooden stand that i used for my 65 gallon. It is 36" x18". You could cut down or use the back for plumbing/filters. I would let it go cheap but im on LI. Let me know if you could use it.
