WTB Sump

Looking for a home made DIY sump. Im not looking to spend a couple of hundred dollars on a custom sump, any home made one will do. Its for a 75gal tank so a 20 or 30gal sump with three compartments (skimmmer, fuge, return) would be great. It'd also be great if you're located in or close to Brooklyn.
