I have a Pentair Lifegard QL40 UV 40W. I've had it in storage for a year or so. I just tried it and the bulb flickers. The bulb or ballast is bad. If you want, you can have it for 20 bucks. If interested let me know.

Pentair Lifegard QL40 UV 40W everything works grate $50 i will be in ny this sunday at manhattan aquarium let me know the bulb is less than a year old.
