It looks even better since the pic was taken.

maybe it is.
Im not positive, but always thought it was a leather.
Im fairly certain its a leather, will shrivel up sometimes at night, or when its been bothered. Goes from softball size to hardball size. And the hairs can go in out out almost an inch.

Looks kinda green when the blue LED night lights are on.

Phil, it's a toadstool, but not a Yellow Fiji Leather (which is a different kind of leather coral). 1UCKY, I think yellow fijis are very hard to frag. Vic tried to frag his and it didn't go particularly well. You're probably better off buying a whole one from one of the vendors or an LFS. I'm guessing any of them could order you one as they aren't particularly rare.

I can get them from my LFS, but the thing is that from what I've read online and from what people have adviced, they rarely make it in captivity pass 2-3 months (rarely adjust to change). I'd rather get it from someone that has had it in their system for a while.

I have had my leather over a year and a half and have fragged it out to the people over here in Jersey and have gotten word back that they are alive and kicking.

Have it up top close to the lights and it looks great as you can see from the pic.
