WTH is this.....ID!

I looked into my tank this morning and found my eyes wandering to the top of the water column and saw two little transparent things swimming around and chilling.


I took a video of it best I could and will upload it later today but seeing if anyone has ever seen this before.

They have about 4 little legs on each side, looks like a crab body but it has a small head in the front. the movement is like bats it's two hind legs look like steering mechanisms but uses all four to move forward.

I'm sorry if the description is bad but i've never seen it before and freaked me out. it looked like a dead spider but we (me and the wife) noticed it swimming around.



**I have no crabs in the tank or in the private area so no STD has entered the tank.

The rock work was all Dry from MarcoRocks and the last thing I could think of is from either corals I've received or Chaeto from Constantin..

one was probably 1 cm the other was half it's size. they actually came together at one point. i was probably staring at it for about 3-4 minutes. it was definitely not a copepod or amphipod etc.

Sure its not a copepod molt? I see molts floating around my tank sometimes and they are huge

yeah. it was swimming around. it got up close and personal a few times. you could see that the little legs moving. i have a bunch of copepods and amphipods around so i've seen them a bunch of times.

the legs were on the side instead of underneath it's body. once i post the video which i thought i did earlier will become a bit clearer to what i'm trying to explain. doing searches and can't find anything.
