Anyone tried this yet? They're a new sponsor and new service, and the few corals they have listed are STUNNING (especially for their current bid value).

Just registered and placed some bids. The system works very well (very much like ebay's system). I imagine once they have more listings and more registrations, the site might be on to something. Right now, I'm hoping to take advantage of the low competition, so don't outbid me please

Hehe I've been checking out their auctions for about a week now. Seem to go pretty cheap. I spent all my funds on the new tank though so am not able to outbid you lol.

Hopefully I win one or two items. I'll report on the quality of the corals. If it's close to the photos, I'm a happy camper

hmm I want to see when an auction is about to close, tons of snipers, or do people bid on what they want and that's it.

The email notifications and bid tracking is great. Again, very much like ebay. My only criticism right now is you have to go through 3 confirmation screens to place a bid.

For now ... I think they're just starting out, so I expect them to offer more in the future. I like the idea and the execution. Would be nice to allow members to post frags for sale (and take a commission) ... I don't know if this is in the works for them.
