So I was roaming around WalMart yesterday to pick up my share of R/O water and came across this Zero Water system. Seems like a simple water purifier, but of course claims 0 TDS or whatever it claims. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about it? http://www.zerowater.com/Main.aspx
I don't need too much water, just for top-off of my 29G as I buy the PetCo saltwater for W/C. Any input is greatly appreciated as I really don't have the space (or the freedom in my house) for a full R/O/DI unit. Thanks!

all it really is, is a cartridge with carbon and DI resin (says it right on the box). I'm not sure how expensive it is but I would expect you to need to buy new cartridges fairly often.

if they work.. I think it all depends on how many gallons the filters can process before they need to be replaced.. that is where it can get pricey quickly.. its the reason i like my ro/di.. might be more expensive up front but pays for itself after a bit

This is just a britta drinking water filter type of container. Not for reefing.
