My answer to over-priced LFS in the Tri-state

With New York City being the greatest city on the earth, I feel that the reef hobby hasn't been all that hot within the tri-state. I made this conclusion by visiting the very few aquariums stores around the area. I'm tired of seeing dead fish in my stores, faded corals in the coral tank, and over-priced test kits. Can you believe 100 dollars for 10 lbs of Miracle mud, 2.50 for hermits crabs, and $80 for a 1/2 " Ora Clam. I tired of being beat in my head.:smash: So I decided to start my own business. I want to offer better prices and service than these tired LFS. I also aquired an old parts store, which I'm converting to a reefers heaven. Wish me luck, and lets send a message to these LFS. I am starting with the on-line version of the store first, then I will move into a store later on. I already have a spot, but I don't have enough stock to fill the store as of yet; the store used to be a part store, so there is a lot of space for Fish, Live Rock, and of course corals.

I'll be offer a delievery service for NY and the outer boroughs; for a small charge. But it sure beats paying tremendous amout of money for shipping. That should be a good hold over until the store opens!

Do I get further discount from your already good prices since I am a part time vendor and mostly hobbist? I concentrate myself with rocks and salts. So I'll need equipment and such from you.

I sincerely hope you can have a physical location sooner( Yes Brooklyn again) so that I can spent my time bothering you :joke: :joke: . I spent more than 12 hours with my pets daily and I think your pets need my love too. Or better yet, hire me as a part time worker so that I can get paid for having fun.:fight2::teeth:
