Wtb sump/refugium, pest free live rock

Hey all.. i am looking for a sump & some live rock That is pest free, perhaps some live sand too...
For the sump, i was looking for new, but will look at used as long as they aren't nasty requiring hours of cleaning lol.
I need something that is -24-26" long with a good size fuge section and enough room to fit a mag 9.5 for the return.

I only need around 30-40 lbs of rock, I already have about 45 lbs running in a temp 30 with all my fish and coral...

Im min western Nassau, willing to drive but not too far...

I have rock $5 a pound pest free. And a 20g long sump i would throw in as a freebee

We've got some great dry base rock (that will all turn live in a balanced tank anyway). Save some big bucks and get this rock : CaribSea Primo Reef Rock #365 for only $2/lb. in 40 lb boxes. Great shapes, great sizes.
