Why a 10,000 ?? I have a WB 5000 on a 200DD with an attached 45 and a 75 gallon sump.

I have 150g with 55g sump 30g frag tank and I rum all my reactors on return pump with out any additional pumps.

The 10 might be over kill, however you can use a ball valve.
