PFO Ballast

I'm looking for a ballast for my PFO AQ2-250MH. I would like to get the whole kit, which would include the Capacitor too.

The Ballast should be 250W MH M68/ MV H37
Ground Ballast Core & Metallic Ignitor & Capacitor.

I know that PFO is out of business but if anyone, including vendors, has a unit, which would be 2-250 watt MH, I would be interested in it.

Do you have a pic of what it looks like?
I have a dual ballast but it' has no tags on it I have no idea what manuf it is

It looks like this sorry I do t know more about it came with a trade but got separate ballasts instead for the retros
