You dont want F2 cats. If i recall correctly, you want F4 or later. F refers to the number of generations the cat has been bred with domestic cats. F1-F3 are way to wild. They are aggressive and per places, plus have other issues.

my friend has one, he had it shipped from a breeder in north carolina and had to pick it up at newark airport (were in jersey I'm sure you can have it shipped to jfk or laguardia). I'll find out the breeder tomorrow.

Never "ship" animals!!!! The tarmac is very loud and it must be brutal for animals, regardless of age!!! Bring pets on planes!!!!
Maybe you can pay the breeder to fly with the cat, or just find someone local. My breeder was in NJ (but has since stopped breeding bengals.

Also, please consider adopting a cat. There are so many sweet and wonderful cats that need a good home! I will never get another pet that isn't from a shelter, even though I LOVE bengals and huskies, i would rather save a life.

Bengal cats are the best they are more like dogs, very active they need lots of attention and play time or else they start messing with things around the house. they can be possessive and grab stuff from tables and what not and hide them to play with them later. there is a site bengals illustrated they have lots of adoptions that they post from kittens to retired show cats.

Bengals are really, really cool. I don't know if your familiar with or how big of a cat you want but check out an "ashera" cat. I've only come across one in person, coolest cat ever. Big,big bucks, can be a handful of work(so can the bengals) and a big house cat but other then a straight wild blood line feline Asheras are the closest thing.

Yeah crazy right, I know its a whole different ball game but figured I'd just throw it out there for you to look at since it seems like your into some cool cats. Not too many like the Bengals but really research there are tons of cats that most people have never heard of and they can have some pretty cool traits. Good luck keep us posted! OH check out savannahs too if you haven't yet, similar to bengals. Also the lower the F(1,2,3,4,etc) the more wild(less breeding-someone mentioned that earlier) usually but not in all cases really comes down to the offspring and which of the parents' genes are more dominant, obviously the f1 has the best chance of having wild traits and instincts(go to bathroom in water usually, watch your aquarium LOL) Don't quote me on this but I believe the f1-f3 maybe 4 are referred to as Bengal hybrids and f4(or f5) up are SBT hybrids or something like that, sorry can't really remember.
